At GARMON, we want your experience to be perfect. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, here's how to proceed.
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
Conditions
- The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging.
- Returns of personalized or custom-engraved items are not accepted.
- Items must include all original certificates and documentation.
How to request a return
Send us an email to ventas@garmongroup.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within a maximum of 48 hours with shipping instructions.
Refund
Once the item is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
